The addendum I referred to is actually the section on lofting. I think it's the same edition. Get the corrections to the stem offsets from the website.

IMHO yr brother should probably be in a bigger boat, I believe Killing mentioned paddlers 135 or less. I'm abt the same weight and the Endeavor does not seem like too much boat although well might be too beamy once I get some time in it. Look at footroom, too, my size 13's fit only marginally in the Endeavor.
