How did you put those deck bungees in?

I drilled oversize, filled with slightly thickened epoxy and then drilled undersize. The bungees have to be stretched to go through the small hole and as a result they expand and fill the hole when released and there is no leakage. Not my idea, credit goes to the Broze brothers at Mariner Kayaks.
