Speaking of Defender, has anyone had any problems with them? I ordered some fiberglass cloth from them and they messed-up the order. They did make things right, but I've made 7 separate attempts to get them to send me a catalog, and I still don't have one! Over the past 6 months or so, I've called, sent email, and filled-out their online form, but they don't seem to respond. This is weird because usually, once you've ordered from somewhere, you get catalogs galore. At this point, even if I eventually receive one, I'm not sure I'd order. Just my experience with them. Hope it's not that bad for everyone.
