In Response To: Blade Recommendation? (Sean)
I highly recommend the Forrest Woodworker II thin kerf 10" blade.
Pricey (about $100) but much smoother cut with low feed pressure. I never use my Delta, Freud, or Oldham blades now that I have this one!
By using this blade with a hold-down guide attached to the fence and two hold-ins on the table saw top I was able to rip very smooth and uniform strips quickly and accurately.
Info and order at http://www.forrestblades.com/ (I don't know if they have the lowest price, this is just the URL that came up when I did a search). Be sure to ask for the thin kerf model.
