To continue with your thought, even this statement is not particularly usefull or accurate. Oh it's true a Lexus is more luxurious and expensive then a Toyota (on average). But better? That would depend on the end users criteria. For example, if a person wants an economical grocery getter, then a Toyota is actually a better vehicle then a Lexus.
