I'm not arguing that your vehicle did disolve. I'm just saying I'm not so sure acetone will disolve cured epoxy. We've already established it wasn't acetone that did in your vehicle, since it's not in brake fluid. And my limited experiences have had epoxy cure sitting in acetone. Hey, I guess glycerines can be a more powerfull solvent then one would expect! :-)
