I have had good luck, especially with hulls, when I turn it upside down and place a small electric heater underneath so that the heat is trapped inside. It's not so much heat that's needed but a reduction in the humidity. A little dehumidifier would work well, although drying time would be longer. I'd agree with Paul, for $10.00 a sheet you can buy 1-1/2" styrofoam and make a small "oven" out of it. It wont take much to keep it warm, a few light bulbs and a thermometer.
