If, after sanding, the areas are smooth, with no deep valleys, you can ignore them. If you have any worries about them, put on a sealing coat of resin and sand that smooth before putting on the cloth. If you think the wood is already smooth enough, then you can put the cloth on and NOT seal the wood first. The jury is still out, in my opinion, on which method is better, but in this case, by sealing the wood first you get a second crack at fairing and fllling dips before you go and bridge them with the cloth, potentially trapping air pockets under the fabric.

Some might, but the potential is that there will be trapped air bubbles. These should be small and not critical, or easily seen. You cna leavethem alone, or go back and fill them with an injector, or sand off the area and patch over it. Or, you can go over your fairing job again and try to get things a bit better first by applying a bit more time and sandpaper.

Did anyone mention the ritual of waving the bucket of epoxy above your head three times while singing "Row, row, row your boat" backwards? No? Well than I guess you don't need to take any "special" actions when glassing. Relax, you can just act normally.

Take care and good luck with this.
