: I remember awhile back seeing some jig set ups for doing the bead and cove
: strips, both with and without router tables.

Here's one with a home made router table/jig. Feather boards hold the strips firmly and they stay aligned. The router is below the old table top I used and bolted to the table top. The router has a micr adjustment for setting the depth and works well. The fence of the jig is straight since no width change was made. The very edge of the bead is set at the outer edge of the raw strip.
