I just set it all up in my backyard--no worry about dust then. i used a delta contractor saw with a good fence. long picnic table behind the saw for wood to set on, then tables and sawhorses in front of the saw to draw the strips onto after strips cut. lots of fingerboards to hold the board steady. leveled all of the supporting structures even with the table saw top. thin kerf blade to maximize strips from each board. took some time but not terribly hard--hardest chore was rolling the table saw thru the yard to the place----i rolled it on sheets of paneling. you can do it, just be patient and enjoy the process.
then had shelving in the garage to put the strips on when cut--i have a long garage.
it didn't really take that long to cut them all for a 17' kayak. fun going to the lumber yards for really long boards.
