Oh, thanks for the correction. Well, not something you'd want to get tangled up with while paddling I'm quite sure. I wonder if those things glow in the dark like the ones down here. I was out in the boat one night and came across this mass of blue-green glowing squid, and there were fish going crazy in a feeding frenzy. One nearly jumped in the boat. The other night we went out on Gone Ketchin' and we threw squid on downriggers with a light stick tied to the lines to mimmick the glowing squid. It worked!!! Four tuna, and four other fish that we threw back. Tonight they're going back out to try again. Last time we used two outriggers and two downriggers. The downriggers caught all the fish, so they're going to put on the other downrigger and just use those. No messy tangled lines with that setup. If my boss wasn't in town today I'd be out there with them tonight.

Now about that giant squid- I'm just wondering if that's out there, imagine what else lies below. I'm still a firm believer that there are "sea monsters" out there that just never come up top, and therefore we've yet to see them. Hey, how many times have you heard of folks disappearing without a trace? Hmmmmm.
