Look at the Shearwater boats built by Nicks brother Eric. There are a couple of nice ones there too, including the Atlantic which may suit your needs. Out here on the left coast, Redfish kayaks has some very nice designs as well.

: and make it 15', although this will be a narrower boat. Just a thought..
