Good input, both Tony and CF. I had no idea of the stuff in Tony's link, such as shelf life for cloth, binders for particular resins etc...

I've already committed to the purchase, I'll keep my fingers crossed and let the board know in any case how it works out, if I get skunked or come out good. This is a build "on the cheap" and to gain experience and just to be building. So I'm gambling $40 on the cloth!
