Guy,

: Maybe a Puffin Swift (http://www.pakboats.com/puffin.htm).

Go the http://www.foldingkayaks.org site. Select "The Folding Kayak Forum"
and then select "What Boat for Me" to ask questions regarding your
requirements.

There are many folding kayak paddlers there who are quite knowledgable about
the "Puffin" folding canoes and kayaks and also many of the stable "washboard"
deck folding kayaks such as Folbot, Klepper, and Long-Haul.

The Folbot Kodiak at 15'X 28" / 457cm X 71cm is another boat that might meet
your requirements. It's very stable and has a large coaming. It's heavier
than the Puffin Swift but is well made and is a better rough water boat and is
reasonably priced, as is the Swift.

Regards,

Tom
