Anyone tried one of the Sawyer VLam Sea Feather Paddles?

I saw one in a local shop and thought it was a very good looking paddle and would be a great match to a wood boat. The blade of these paddles is done in a wood feather pattern and the shaft appears to be carbon fiber.

For a light weight paddle the cost seems reasonable at $249 in the local kayak shop.

Sorry but I do not have a photograph of one yet, nor does Sawyer post anyinformation about this paddle on their website.
