I have done a few kayak/photo seminars and really enjoyed them. If I ever get to a stage in my life where I have more time I plan to do more. The insurance for such things pretty much takes any income out of the equation so you need to do it for fun not money.

I did work for a master doing large format stuff years ago. It gave me a good foundation that I am starting to get back. I have never considered myself a professional but I think I am a good amateur. I actually went about 20 years without doing any photography other than snapshots of the family. My next plan is to make a web/forum that will help us all improve our photography and add another dimension to our paddling. Web page design is an area that I have not background in so it will be awhile in the making. It will be based around the trio of kayaking, ohotography, and conservation.
