There's a reason why people don't spray varnish. Unless you own (or have access to) a professional spray booth with explosion-proof lighting, fans and the correct respirators you shouldn't be spraying varnish or any other solvent based finish. Health-wise it's bad for you, those around you and the environment. In fact it may be illegal where you live. Sorry. You can spray waterborne stuff though. Though in my experience the waterborne stuff doesn't perform as well as the solvent based finishes. They're getting better but still not up to par. Too soft. Easiest just to varnish with a foam brush.
