Hi
About the same experience as Ken except I use a shipping outlet in the States as a landing address so I save the brokerage fee as well. If you are close enough to the border, it is worth it. I got the glass and some of the other products as well and it has worked out well.

: Hi Glen;
: I've had RAKA products shipped in twice, and in both cases, even after the
: customs brokerage charges (~$35, IIRC), the pricier cross-border shipping
: and currency exchange, it was a bargain compared to West System products
: from Noah's.
: In those days, Larry was shipping by UPS ... you pay him for the product and
: the shipping, and the customs brokerage and tax collection will be C.O.D.
: on arrival. Takes only about 2 days, even by ground.
: If I come across my old receipts, I'll post more detailed info.
