Seals makes custom sized skirts too, best even if you're mail ordering a standard size skirt is to send them a tracing of the cockpit just to be sure. Just take a big piece of paper, tape so it won't move over the cockpit and draw the outside edge. Also mark how far from the back of the skirt you'll sit (make sure the backband is in place). This way there are no surprises.
