With the euro paddles or wing I use a 60 degree feather, any less and you might as well not feather it, doesn't shed wind enough with less than 60 to make it worth it.

When I'm using the GP's they are all unfeathered, blade shape doesn't catch the wind like a euro paddle does.

Most euro paddles are adjustable for feather or can be made that way, if you're paddling a long ways with the wind at the side or behind you it's not biggy to change the feather. (well with my wing it requires tools, but that's another conversation)
