Rob's attention span must be a tad short or his Baja Canada (lower 48) geography is off a bit.. I'm an Iowa transplant.. Hawkeye, not Buckeye... :)

Her name is Rocio! Spanish for 'dew'. It's not unusual for Hispanic ladies around here to have weather related names..
This one may be more of a "tempestad" than you want to tackle..
