Buying marine ply can be a blind opperation. It doesn't take a genious to get a rubber stamp that says BS1088.
On way to make your choice simpler is to find out who made the stuff. Outfits like Bruynzeel, Shelmarine and Joubert have a reputation to protect. There used to be more branded plywood but some has seemed to disappear.

: Always forget about CLC as a supplier. Just think of their boats. They are
: $49 a sheet and I can beat that at several place, but just by $2 or $3
: dollars. Noah's is $39 and that WAY lower than anyone else. I just
: question why they are $10 cheaper than everyone else. Got to be a reason.

: CLC and Noah's are convenient because you order most everything at one time
: from one dealer. Shipping is the killer and it's probably cheaper to go
: with one place. Will have to price out epoxy and the other stuff I need
: too.

: Homestead Hardwoods has Jobert for $47. I have heard a lot of good about the
: quality of Jobert plywood.
