I am planning on building one of the Tom Yost SOFs. The Nikumi fits my needs but I wonder how to wrab the vinyl around the bow, especially one like yours.

Do you have pictures of the building process? The bow is shown in DSC00050.jpg at http://s249.photobucket.com/albums/gg223/richp_images/?action=view¤t=DSC00050.jpg
but I can't tell if there are any seams.
