In Response To: Staple-less stripper construction (Chad Smith)

Hi Chad, this is how I do it. The sash cord holds the strips very tightly against the forms; even at twists (some people use bungie cord instead). I am using hotmelt glue to keep lower strips from bowing out. Some people apply the hotmelt as they go, I apply it after. My suggestion is to be willing to use any method at hand. The problem with the A-clamp/slot method is it requires a fairly significant investment in A-clamps. Sash cord is cheap.
