Absolutely. I had two fifteen year old white water boaters who had never been in a sea kayak roll my double SEDA Tango the first time they tried and about another 10 times without a miss. I've seen a number of people roll doubles up.
I've sculled them up with a partner and have one friend that sculls a double up while the front/other person just sits there motionless.
You can also do a pull up rescue without exiting a capsized double with another double side-by-side, if you have practiced it. Great cold water rescue technique!
