I have heard that they are available from sources in Denmark, but I don't have any information. I have had good luck ordering online from atuagkat in Greenland (URL below). In some cases you may get an error message from their system, but in all cases that I have experienced, the order was sent correctly.

The Petersen "Instruction in Kayak Building" book costs only $15.00, and I don't recall shipping being very expensive. You could email atuagkat at mail@atuagkat.gl to ask the exact rate. They speak excellent English and have been very helpful to me. I visited their store when I was in Nuuk last year and had an entire box of books sent home.
