I recently saw a strip built kayak with a removable seat. It was of what appeared to be neoprene rubber with a "tractor seat" contour to it. The owner said that it was quite comfortable. You just drop it in to the boat and position it as you like. It stays put. The back band is independant, and is attached to the boat itself. The name on the seat appeared to be German. Does anyone know where to get these? Thanx in advance. David
