I have a decent table saw setup but it still doesn't handle full ply panels well. If I need straight, accurate cuts I pay the premium changed by the local high dollar wood yard and have them rip the panels to size. I think they charge $1.50 a cut, but they have full sized outfeed tables and do a good job.
