Tools: sanding pad for Dewalt ROS

Anybody out there know of a source for a soft contour sanding pad that will fit a Dewalt DW423 random orbit sander? Failing that, has anyone made their own? If so, how did you do the perforations of the dust collector holes? Thanks, Greg
