I've just noticed a few lumps in the glass after two coats of epoxy on the hull of my Ches 16. They are big enough (one the size of a quarter) that they will not disappear as I continue to fill the weave. They are ugly spots on an otherwise satisfactory job. Should I try to cut them out and patch them? If so, how?
