Announce: Vertical Frames
I tried changing the Techniques BBS to vertical frames because someone thought it would be better. Comments seemed favorable, so I changed this over as well. Please let me know what you think. Long threads will get smushed in the lefthand frame, but otherwise it seems to work well.
