Seeking: looking for a good fitting boat

I'm searching for a kayak which is narrow with a low deck for rolling (and no interference from coaming for lay back rolling). Here is my dilemma: I am 6'2" with size 13 feet but I am relatively slim with narrow hips. What I keep running into is I find a boat which is a nice snug fit for optimal rolling performance (rolling on a nice low deck is an important feature for me) but my feet (size 13) don't fit. In some cases, the kayak supplier has a larger model which is basically the same design just longer - but the performance suffers. My wife has a really nice 16 foot kayak which has a low deck and I love the way it rolls. It's bigger brother (18 foot version) sits higher in the water and just doesn't perform the same way.

What do I want ?: a lean, fast boat with low deck, unobtrusive coaming and foot room for size 13 feet without having to lose the nice snug fit in the seat and thighs.

Your input would be greatly appreciated.
