Off Topic: Kayak Storage

I am building a yak for a friend who lives in a condo with no space to store it. She has looked for conventional storage spaces, but that's like $300 a month for a space long enough.

Does anyone know of any outfit in the Seattle area that will store a kayak for a moderate price.
