The tractor seats from Princess Auto are a great idea. I have been using them in my Pygmy for the last two years. No more flopping on your face after getting out of the boat because your legs are asleep. These seats are "rejects" from various types of lawn tractors, and they seem to receive batches of them every few months. Other than trimming them to fit the boat they are as is. I don't worry about sealing anything on the back of the foam, just squeeze out the water and the open cell foam seams to dry within a few days. The first ones I bought two years ago are still going strong- not bad for $5 bucks Cdn.
