The air pockets holes are less than 1/4 inch except for one location at the stern. There the air pocket could be a 1/2 inch.

One interesting observation: I notice no difference between layer where I squeegeed off epoxy and a layer where I did not (because I was scared I'll create more air pockets.

What is the reason for using the squeegee? Is it only if one uses too much epoxy on the fiberglass?
