I just spent ten minutes staring at my boat. It's not really finished, cuz it needs to be sanded and varnished, but I'm gonna launch it this Fri night.
Rob Macks had the answer for the soft epoxy problem. I had to steel wool all the half set epoxy off, resand and recoat...*sigh*. It was worth it though!
