Epoxy: need a clear filler

I have made some mistakes building my hacth. first is the PVA that I used is green and it aparently blead into my epoxy. all the glass that I layed for the hacth lip is green. I have been trying to make a chaneld hacth lip and my first attempt failed. my first try on fixing the hacth just made matters worse! I had to cut the lip out and regrind the excess epoxy from the hatch hole for the hacth to fit again. well I over grinded a spot about 2 inches long and 1/8 to 1/4 wide. I think that i should just use a clear filler for this area, also I need a filler to make my chanel work I think. I have micro bubbles but this mixes up as white. anyone know where I can find a non-bleading PVA and a clear filler?

Thanks,
Sage
