Here's a shot of the shear clamp. This is where the round soled spokeshave really comes into its own. Sometimes a flat sole tool wont cut into a concave curve like this. BTW: My shop is never this messy ;) I'm glad I was more carful laying out the forms than these temporary hull supports - that one in the foreground is off by about 3"! I don't know what happened but I'll raise it up sooner or later.
