Lee, you are right about it being under-rated. I still remember seeing the man I loaned it to out there in these white caps on a desert lake in a giant wind, so that there was no spacing between the waves and they came from all directions, handling that Mill Creek practically like it was on a flat calm. It's a great little kayak. Like so many boats/kayaks, put the right person at the helm and they can do just about anything (that's another way of saying that I would have taken on some splash, for sure).
