You're a smart guy. I always pump into a measuring cup. The penalty for bad epoxy ratios is just too high to play around with. That said, I've found the calibration of off-the-shelf disposable mixing cups to be adequate. The tolerance seems loose enough so I can eyeball small amounts over/under the mark too.

Burps: I don't know how to eyeball those.
