No problem, if you have a cabinet scraper wait a day or so and scrape them off. If you don't have a scraper, wait a couple of days till the glass is good and hard and sand them. You will need to sand the transition well anyway but the scraper means a little less arm work.

Don't try to sand the area until the epoxy is well cured...3 or more days depending on your temperature. Sanding "green" or uncured epoxy may give you white marks or blobs that never go away. (don't ask me how I know this). It seems that the dust from sanding gets imbedded into the soft epoxy and will not clear when dry.
