Hi Patsy,
It's time to get past the gut-wrenching disappointment of the two problems you've had, and move on to solutions...certainly OK to walk away from the problems for a few days, but I don't think those two small problems are enough to give up...
Fiberglass and epoxy can fix many problems...Rehd's rob roy pictures at the Glen-L site are very detailed and might help get you back on track - just remember, only the builder can see any small defects. Every else says "Wow, you built that!?"
Keep your chin up!
John
P.S. I remember the time my sister got really frustrated with some problems building a stained glass panel...she ended up attacking the glass with a hammer. Too bad, because if she told me first, I knew how to solve those problems fairly easily. So don't get frustrated... keep writing here, and someone can help.
