Hi everyone,

I noticed that delaminations (these little white areas with the glass structure visible) occured quite easily where I have sharp radii. I have noticed it on the stern. I dropped the kayak from ~1ft on the concrete garage floor. I got a small delamination (1/16"x1/16") where it hit a small local high point in the concrete. I also found a small delamination on the cockpit rim and I don't really know why it happend. Never had any issues on the large radius sections or flat sections. I tested a trial panel before with a screw driver and you had to pound pretty hard to get the glass to delaminate.

What are your experiences? These are easy to fix and I am not really surprised that they occur.
