Strip: Inside taping

How deep do I have to go? I am building the Night Herron and since the bow and stern turn up, I can't see the extreme ends, much less reach them. I have put thickened epoxy along the hull/deck seam, per Nick's book, and am planning the taping process this week.

I am comfortable that there is a good seal between the deck and hull as I was able to pour epoxy into any gap at the ends, from the outside. An earlier post on the board suggested that some people have even eliminated the inside tape. I plan on taping the outside, of course from end to end, and the inside as much as I can reach. With a later end pour, the outide tape, the filing of the gaps, can I avoid climbing into the ends...please.

Thanks
