S&G: advice needed

hello all, I
know this is a design question but I wanted maximum exposure for this question. I am building a sit on top (for fishing) and the bottom panel at max beam which is center of boat is 11" the dead rise is going to be 1"to 1 1/2" the top will be 25 1/2" so I am thinking that the bottom will be a little less than 22" (due to the 1"-1 1/2" deadrise along the keel)and the top will be 25 1/2" wide it will be 16 ft long, My question after this long winded explanation is do you think this will be a very stable boat?/ how about fast boat? I am trying to get it along the lines of the seda revenge or a wilderness systems tarpon, what do you guys think, am I off base or can any one point me toward the right direction. (oh I weigh a whopping 230lbs if that matters)
