S&G: Did I screw up?

I glassed the deck of my Tern 14 last night and all seemed to go well except for when I cut the glass below the deck chine. I apparently put too much pressure on the razor knife as I cut above the masking tape line and consequently went through the hull epoxy and glass. I am quite sure I went through the hull glass because there is a white horizontal line with tiny vertical fractures. I can live with cosmetic defects (runs, drips, visible glass edges, etc), but I am concerned about structural damage such as the aforementioned. Assuming I did get into glass, have I compromised the hulls integrity? Is there anything I can do short of re-glassing both sides of the upper hull?

And things were going so well....it has been at least two weeks since my last crisis :-)

Thanks for any suggestions.
