I am installing Yakima footbraces in my Tern 14 and wonder if I need to use a neoprene washer or O ring where the screw meets the hull (either inside or outside, or both). In the Ocean One site they show this as a typical installation, yet the instructions with the footbraces simply say to fill the hole with caulk. If the former, any idea where you get these washers.
