i think most commercial flush hatches have this setup just under the flush hatch. i know many do. one is redundant but it sells.
its a common idea, i think the 2 foldables at daren's meet at the beach had them. check back 1 mo for dan millsips pics may be you can see them.
in essence, the black rubber vcp type hatches are the same idea.
