Hi there,
I'm cutting out my (custom wood) forms and am having trouble getting close to the line as the paper (glued on) and also the wood (custom wood) rides up a little bit and doesn't cut cleanly. Sorta like a bow wave, making it very hard to see exactly where the cut is. I'm using a Black and Decker 350w hand held jigsaw and am scoring close to the lines with a stanely knife to try and aleviate the problem. But it means that I can't get as close as I'd like (ie, next to the line) and am having to finish it off with a grinder - very tedious. I don't think that the blade is too old but I'm going to buy a new one tomorrow - any suggestions as to what type works best?
Is this a common frustration?
thanks,
Andy
