Strip: bead & cove tool

I posted this separately so as not to confuse the issue anymore than I am already capable of doing.
I saw somewhere a tool to make one's own bead and cove strips... it looked like a set of cutting blades for a router. While I have no intention of making all my own strips, I was wondering if one could use a tool like this to make a bead and cove fit anywhere where the strip has to be cut. I realize it might be difficult in some places to get a bead and cove to fit (especially, for instance, the last piece you put in).
